Including: Whether the embryonic stem cells of all species (especially humans) have the same pluripotency as mouse stem cells; whether the heterologous stem cells or embryonic cells with distant phylogenies can be chimeric and what is the development barrier; The origins of stem cells, tissues, and organ transplants in the application, the transplantation protocol, and the basis of immune regulation during transplantation; the establishment of primate models for major human diseases.
